On Oct.15, 2008, COAMC held the meeting to mobilize all stuff to learn the scientific concept of development. At the meeting, President Mei Xingbao made the speech and pointed out that we must learn the scientific concept of development to quicken the pace of commercial transformation and reform. He urged us to clearly understand the scientific concept of development, solve the problems which hinder the way of transformation, build a creative incentive system and promote the development in scientific way.
