2008/5/27, COAMC and Shanghai United Assets and Equity Exchange signed the Agreement of Strategic Cooperation.
COAMC and Bank of Jiangsu signed Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Based on double win, both sides would carry out cooperations including NPLs disposition and so on.
