Founding Learning Enterprise
COAMC carries out the aim of people oriented and treats human resource as the first strategic resource of corporation’s restructuring and development; insists on the principle that each staff is talent and each talent should be used best and builds a series of human resource development and usage system. COAMC introduces a large number of special talents at home and abroad who are conversant with management, finance, financial & accounting, law, evaluation, information technique and so on. COAMC encourages employees to become a person of ability based on his own position, supports staff to increase the level of education and to obtain all kinds of professional qualification and technical qualification by means of further learning and self-study, and rewards employee who achieves success. COAMC has built the training system, which is multi-level, multi-channel, multi-form and complete coverage. In recent years, COAMC reinforces training by adopting different methods that connect with bringing in and going out, connect with general knowledge training and special operational skills training, and connect with classroom training and network training, to support the commercial transformation. COAMC holds different kinds of lectures up to more than 100 and training up to more than 4000 every year; courseware upload on network training institutes is more than 1100 and the click rate is more than 10000; it has achieved a sound effect that each employee has attended training and benefit from that. Training greatly enhances the operational capacity of staff and provides strong intellectual support to business development. COAMC also organizes seminars of financial market and major project operation. As a responsible contributor for the nation, COAMC not only pursuit harmony of enterprise, but also dedicate to the harmony of society.
In the intra-corporation level, we organize various kinds of activities, such as mental or physical competitions. By these means, we not only bring interests and passions to employees, but also build and enhance the relationship and friendship between each other, and establish a helping and motivating atmosphere.

In society level, we are active in helping underdeveloped areas with improvement of infrastructure, construction of schools and debts’ relief for enterprises in poor regions. We built Orient Hope Primary School, water-diversion projects and other items to help the poor in Wuxiang County, Shanxi. CYL of COAMC organized the social activity on the subject of “go to remote area, teach students there, and help the poor”. Moreover, COAMC has helped to settle hundred thousands of employees in the enterprises with debts, which resolved social contradictions and contributed to building a harmonious society.
